How do we heal? How do we live fully, and well?

These have been my guiding questions for nearly twenty years. My own path of healing began after my father passed away during my junior year of college. His death shattered what I thought I knew about life and putting the pieces back together has become my life’s work.

I have over 15 years of experience working with people to help them achieve their goals and live a more meaningful life.

My deep belief and trust in the healing process comes from my own lived experience. I am constantly drawn toward learning and growth, and continuing to engage with my own healing is a lifelong pursuit and one of the most sacred, important, and nourishing aspects of my life.

I live in Fairfax, California with my husband and our two young children. Aside from my family and loved ones, other things that bring me joy are spending time in the mountains and in the ocean, hiking, reading, dancing, interior design, Burning Man, and traveling.

Clients and loved ones have described me as authentic, warm, intelligent, curious, intuitive, and open-hearted.

I have a BA from Williams College, an MA from Stanford University, and a MA in Somatic Psychotherapy from The California Institute of Integral Studies.
